  • 3/5 axes synchronized movement. Free tracking control with pulse generator, easy to program.
  • Each teachable program can store up to 100 steps, and each step can hold 4 parallel motion sequences.
  • Self-diagnostic system continually monitors input / output status and stroes 20 most recent error messages.
  • Z axis speed can be adjusted on a percentage scale.

PARTS REMOVAL:

Easy to manoeuvre within mould area and use unconventional paths to remove mouldings and reduce end-of –arm tooling cost

Parts drop off:
  1. 9 programmable positions within 2 areas, totaling 18 points.
  2. Additional cross axis setting can reach 36 points.
  3. Rapid setting using pitch to reach 99 points.
  4. Additional cross axis setting can reach 198 points.
Peripheral equipment:

Connect to conveyor, mist sprayer, sprue cutter, sensors and other equipment to complete the automation system.

INSPECTION:
  1. Reject program: Detects signal from the moulding machine and places reject parts in different areas.
  2. Inspection program: Places part in different area for QC inspection, for example every 100 cycles.
  3. Test-mould program: Allows checking of parts at the beginning of each automatic moulding cycle before cycle counter starts.
  4. Parts counter: Counts the total number of good parts and stops robot operation once count target is met.
